Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you downgrade, you keep your existing polls — you just can't create new ones beyond the free limit.
Do my invitees need to pay?
Never. Participants never need an account or a paid plan. They just click the link and vote. That's a core principle of Templo.
What payment methods do you accept?
We're rolling out Stripe payments soon. For now, Pro upgrades are handled manually. Contact us and we'll get you set up.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or education?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
